Attorney Karen Kenner Scott is a skilled litigator with deep expertise in real estate law, business disputes, zoning and land use matters, and code enforcement defense. A former Chief Deputy in the Solicitor's Office, she prosecuted complex land use and zoning cases, giving her unique insight into regulatory enforcement and compliance strategies that benefit her clients today.
Her legal excellence has been recognized with honors including the Rising Star award and the prestigious Michael Hancock Award. She is actively involved in advancing women in the legal profession through leadership roles with the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, where she was selected for their Judicial Public Official Academy and Leadership Academy programs.
